I was tired all the time, come to find out it was due to poor sleep quality caused by mild sleep apnea, which was most likely caused by my deviated septum. I'm 35yo female with average size nose and use the one for small to medium sized noses. Make sure your nose is clean and dry before applying. If you sweat a lot at night, they may not work for you. They come off very easy with warm water and a couple nose wiggles.

I have been using these for a couple of months, and they have reduced my snoring and improved my sleep. I don't use them daily because I have sensitive skin, although I must say they have been gentle on my skin. They have been easy to remove and haven't left any marks.

This little thing is uncomfortable at first. Since I don't like anything on me when I sleep. It took some getting use to. But man did it help me freakin breathe when I woke up!! Felt amazing for me to be able to breathe for once in the middle of the night and wake up not with a stuffy nose and dry mouth.

I ordered these before I had symptoms or had been diagnosed with Covid. I managed to dodge the virus for two years when my luck ran out. My sinus congestion is like nothing I have ever experienced. Otc medications aren't working well enough to allow me to breathe through my nose but with the help of these I am now able to. They stay in place all night and even hold over the top of my night time moisturizers.they don't leave a red mark once removed like other brands I have tried. Since Covid I have been wearing these 24/7. Only removing at night to wash my face and put a new one on. I am so impressed with these that in the future they will always be in my medicine cabinet.

The Clear Passage Nasal Strips by far is the best I've used so far. This pack of 50 works right away with noticable improvement in breathing. Their patented design works so good that upon 1st use I had no snoring and slept better. I really wanted to keep it on while awake. The adhesive sticks better compared to other nasal strips. Just size appropriately. I got the medium but if you have a larger wider nose then get the larger size. I highly recommend this brands nasal strip.

The Clear Passage Nasal Strips are easy to use. I placed a strip about a half inch under the bridge of my nose. I was a little surprised that the strip did not irritate my skin and stretched into an uncomfortable position. I got instant relief once I placed the bandage on my nose, because it improved the air flow into my nasal passages. The strips are sticky enough to hold in place even when you have to take it off to reposition the strip on your nose. Removing the strip off my nose was like peeling off a bandage. It did not hurt at all. I was told that even though I slept with the nasal strip on my nose I snored, but it was not a loud snore.

items too small didn't order right size

Accidentally ordered wrong size, still tried them out for a couple nights, but the strips didn't hold, adhesives were not strong enough to hold all night. It's my bad for ordering the wrong size, but these should have still worked a bit.
