It was great to find this nasal spray, suggested by our physician without a prescription, at Walmart. It was fulfilled by a third party seller. I thought it would be delivered by Walmart. However, it was delivered by USPS a few days after the other items ordered at the same time. There wasn't a problem at all, just confused that it wasn't with the other items. Product was cheaper than other sellers and the expiration date was good. I will order again from this Walmart seller.

Works better than any other OTC remedy for me. Mild and pleasant and takes effect immediately! A bit costly but worth it.
