This item works very well. I like the extendable nasal part, and the choice of 3 speeds is much better, than the other popular nasal irrigation system, which I used for several years. Highly recommended.

Much easier to use than novage. Easy clean up. Plenty of packets, but definitely recommend the anti microbial packets too.

I've had the unit now for about 2 weeks. My sinuses are normally mostly clogged all the time. I use this before bed to try and breath better. I don't get a ton of junk out when I use it and my sinuses do clear for about 2-3 hours. At that time everything clogs again. I guess I was expecting better results. I was using just normal saline solution, and it provided the same results at a much cheaper cost. I thought the power suction would provide longer relief.
