This works better than the standard Neil med product although it is affiliated with them--easier on the linings of your sinuses

Makes congestion/sinus infections bearable
The Nasopure Nasal Wash has changed colds/sinus infections for me. I use it right as I feel congestion coming on, and have been able to avoid it turning into a sinus infection like it has in the past! It is easy to use, and gives instant relief to congestion and sinus pain. The solution does not burn or cause any discomfort/pain. I highly suggest this product!
