This backpack is genuinely perfect for running. It took a minute to get it adjusted correctly, but it is 100% BOUNCE-FREE. Took it trail running with my pup, on long runs, etc - packs all the essentials and you don't feel a thing.

This little backpack was a superb addition to a two week family holiday traveling around Georgia. There was loads of walking and being able to include my Nathan bladder meant that we were never thirsty

great size, perfect for running or hiking! I use it to carry a different pair of shoes between workouts/runs. It is the best!

Love this pack but wish there was one small outside pocket that was easily accessible.

This is a great value backpack if you don't need something as light as a running vest. As another reviewer noted, the shoulder straps leaned inward to the neck by default. I wound up adjusting the side straps shorter and the chest straps longer to pull the shoulder straps to the outside more. After some adjustment of the straps, the backpack doesn't bounce. Note for guys though: I'd wear nipple guards or tape them like you would during a long run when using this backpack because the lower strap might be right at your nipple line.

This pack really stays put and I haven't had any chaffing yet. Even after a few miles. the 4 stars is just because if you have a wider mack like me the chest straps end up being quite high. Don't get me wrong still comfortable and I don't regret my purchase, it just looks a bit silly.

I bought this bag with the intention of using it as a day pack. It's really cute and the size is perfect. I decided to give it a go on my last run and don't recommend it for running. The chest strap is very short and tight on the loosest setting. With all of the straps tight and the cinches in the back the bag bounced the entire time. The shoulder straps would rise up and chafe the sides of my neck. To prevent that from happening I had to hold the straps down the entire time I was running. The chest strap is removable on both sides and somehow fell off one of the times I took my pack off. The material is also very thin so not sure how long it will hold up. With the missing chest strap there is no way you could run with it.
