[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sturdy, more so than I expected. Perfect for securing a door. I used the closed one on one side, and the open one on the other, thinking that it would be harder to remove the bar with closed ones on both sides, and that the closed one would be sturdier than the open one. I am happy with what I did, but in hindsight, open ones on both sides would be sufficient. The open one is strong enough.
One of the few things that we can buy, that are pretty much fail safe. These are used to barricade a door, for a barn or extra security, if you feel a standard lock system is not enough. You may have seen these in old western movies. You just install 2 of these on either side of the door, and drop a 2X4 piece of lumber across, and your door will be very secure. Again pretty simple item, that I can't see ever failing in any way. You do need to order two, and they are sold individually which I think is odd.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this about a month ago. I replaced the part on my gate. I like how it looks and how sturdy it is. Great quality !!!!!! I will recommend this to friends and family. No regrets on getting it..........
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so useful and i use these a lot si they come in handy when you need to hang stuff up and you are a handy person around the house and or just redecorating I definitely recommend these to anyone who needs them
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this angle bracket to secure a basement door. I placed one on each side (right and left side) of inside of the door. I then placed a 2"x4" across the openning and on to the brackets. Great security device!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this on our grainery door to keep the racoons out. It works great and is extra heavy duty. It's outside so it was important to find a quality product that wouldn't rust. I felt like the screw holes were a little out of line but the product is solid, so maybe that was for a reason.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material is heavy and well built. I do not know the exact gage of the steel, but it does not feel light or flimsy like a cheap metal. They have a perforated holes to make the install easy and it works well on my shedd door.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very unique holder. It doesn't take up much space. I just wish this would of come in in a set. But i should of checked. I would recommend this product because it is easy to install for sure and it is heavy duty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had gotten this as a gift for my mother but i heard hem talk about how great it is so of course i had to get some for myself and i cannot believe how effective it is in my garage id recommend this to all of my Facebook friends
Quantity is 1! Just recieved my order of 20 brackets, only 2 in the package. This seller states a large quantity in each order. Waste of time and resources.
