Native Limited Edition Moisturizing Shampoo, Vanilla Cream and Pumpkin, for Women and Men 16.5 oz

I'm so excited to smell the scent on my hair and in the air when I'm taking a shower, so excited to add some fall sense into my bathing routine..

smells incredible and so moisturizing for my hair. love yhat its made up of more natural contents. I love Native products, never irritate my skin only make it soft and never dries my skin. Wonderful products.

I can't say much about the shampoo itself as I haven't been able to use it more than maybe twice. The pump won't unscrew and pop up. The newer pumps that Native switched to are AWFUL. They don't even have markings on top telling you which direction to unscrew. This isn't the first time I've struggled to get one of these newer ones open, but it is the first time I've not been able to get it open. I've tried to pull the pump out and take shampoo from off of the pump's stem or tip a little bit of shampoo out of the bottle into my hand but it's just messy and imprecise. So for now, I'm waiting until my current bottle of shampoo is empty and then I'll swap its working pump into this bottle. I understand cost savings, but this change has been frustrating. At the very least, the pump should tell you which direction unscrews it (the direction isn't consistent out in the personal care products world. I checked several other products I have and some unscrew to the left, some unscrew to the right. Directions on top of your pump are necessary, Native.)

I was so excited to try this because I LOVE the deodorant in this scent. Unfortunately I seemed to have one of those rare issues with shampoo, which I've never had prior, where it seemed to cause me to lose more hair than normal. I used it for a few weeks and noticed it after a week or so. I switched to a different shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks and even got my hair trimmed and layered to see if that was the issue. Went back to this Native shampoo and conditioner and after a week or so, I was back to having large chunks of my hair coming out while washing and throughout the day. i really wanted to love this, unfortunately it was not for me.

It smells bad to me , it smells like a cigar . It doesnt give vanilla , pumpkin or caramel . The smell is strong. The brand is good and i do enjoy their other products.

I've never fully disliked any scent I've tried from native. Some I didn't love, but not hate. This one very weirdly has a hint of vomit smell. I don't understand it- and my family smells it too. It starts off almost pumpkin then bam, vomit scent in the middle. Weird enough for me to actually do a review.

Yikes. I'm a sucker for seasonal scents. I wanted to be drenched in pumpkin, but unfortunately Native Shampoo left my scalp very dry and dandruff city. I have not had this reaction to another shampoo before and best believe I LOVE trying new brands. I have seen online where numerous other consumers have reported the same dry scalp with dandruff after using Native shampoo. I would absolutely not recommend (although it does smell good!).

i ordered for the reviews that said it reminded them of fall. not sure why. this doesnt smell like pumpkin or cream and it sure as heck dont smell like vanilla lol. smells like chemicals and sour yogurt
