Not only does it make my hair smell like buttercream. It also makes it look more magnificent than it ever has before! :3 I have nonsensically curly hair so I am very critical of hair products, as they are consistently inconsistent for my locks. Native truly is simply better than the rest. It also makes my hair really soft. My girlfriend approves! :3
I love all of Native's moisturizers that I have tried. This scent is so uplifting! It smells wonderful without being too sweet. One of my new favorites!
Leaves my hair silky soft and smells AMAZING. I love Native products and hope they never change their formulas!!! I use them for everything hair, body, deo and they’re all the best.
Still a bit light on scent, little more would be better. This scent is one of those scents that can take you back in time. Standing in front of a deli counter filled with iced cupcakes and cake, that sweet frosting smell.
Made my hair feel like literal STRAW. I wanted to love this brand so bad. The pink hologram bottle is precious, and the scent is about a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. Not great, but not terrible either. The worst thing is that it made my fine, oily hair feel like absolute straw! The conditioner is very drying. When you put it on in the shower, it doesn’t make your hair feel glossy and smooth. It has a rough feeling. My hair looked even worse after it dried. This may work for someone with a different type of hair, but if you have fine, only hair like mine, do not buy this. Returning it to Walmart. :(
I love the smell of this conditioner, however, it does not work for my hair at all. After using the matching Native shampoo, my hair (uncolored, thick) feels like a ratty bird's nest and after using 10-12 pumps of conditioner, my hair still feels awful, like a tangle of straw. I really, really want to like Native's hair products, but unfortunately, I guess they're just not for me.
Super weird smell. I was expecting a cake smell, like vanilla or frosting. I am a gourmand scent girly, anything vanilla or cake I am in! Instead it smelled like plastic strawberries lol. I had a Strawberry Shortcake doll with this scent from the 90s. It was spot on for that. But plastic fruit is not exactly the scent I want to wash my hair with every day. Maybe I got a bad batch? But it was flat out weird, and a no from me. Unhappy birthday I guess.
There was something off with this conditioner. We had to throw it away as it did not at all condition and left both mine and my daughter's hair feel sticky. It was almost like a moisturizing body wash was put in the conditioner bottle by mistake. Other moisturizing conditioners from native have worked nicely for us but not this one.
The conditioner was super thick and gritty. It wouldn't soak into my hair and left it feeling rough and dry. I've never had this happen that bad before. Also the pumps were broken AGAIN. I've emailed Native about it but they don't respond. Won't be ordering again.
My hair is color treated, though it's been 2 years but has damage growing out. I used at least 1/3 of a cup of this on my hair and could barely get a brush through it, in the shower, as I rinsed it out. I had to return it as I can't use it. Maybe it works well on hair that isn't color treated. I was very disappointed, as the scent is really nice.
