My hair felt so much lighter and softer. Something I really liked is that it's very moisturizing without weighing my hair down. As for strength, I feel like my hair looks healthier and stronger, especially at the ends. The nourishment is also noticeable because my hair is left hydrated and with a beautiful shine. The feeling when using it is very pleasant. Great conditioner. Leaves hair silky but not oily. You feel like it is clean but helps with tangles for long hair. You don't need a lot. I have very long hair and I put it mainly on the hair base of scalp down and rinse.

I usually prefer unscented products, and if not then something with clean ingredients, which is one of the reasons why I like this brand. For Cashmere and Rain, the scent is nice and fresh without being too strong. My husband is a more inclined towards this brand than me. It cleans my hair and doesn't feel too harsh which matters because my hair is color treated. Overall it does the job and leave my hair feeling clean and soft.
