You for several days to a week to find best times to take it. I take 2 to 3 pills a day, with a meal or meal replacement. I also adjust the time if I get up extra early and get hungry more than normal. That's when I take the extra pill. I found I shouldn't go more than 3 to 5 hours without eating and taking a pill. I am loosing 1 lb for every 5 days without going hungry. This is over the last 16 days..

Native Berberine has helped me feel full, so I eat less during the day. I have lost four lbs in two weeks. I have not have my labs checked, but expect that my blood glucose levels have decreased. I started Native Berberine about 2 weeks ago and I am having weight loss. That is making me very happy! I told my daughter about Native Path and she ordered. My weight loss is slow but that is fine with me. This way it will stay off! I am a believer!
