I enjoy ending the day with a cup of Sleepytime tea and a scoop of Collagen PM Lemon. It relaxes me and helps me fall asleep quickly. I use the AM Collagen in the morning as well. This has got to be one of my favorite products in the last 2 years. I'm shocked at how quickly this worked. I added one scoop to hot water and was surprised at how light and refreshing the taste was. Very pleasant to sip on before bed. Within 30 minutes I could barely keep my eyes open. I was able to fall asleep immediately and did not even wake up once to use the restroom. On a typical night, I would wake up at least 1-2 per night to use the restroom. I slept so deeply throughout the night and woke up so refreshed. It's now my favorite part of my bedtime routine.
