After heart surgery and heart medications my legs have been very sore with my arthritic knees especially painful. This along with collagen have greatly reduced the pain in my legs!

Does not help with muscle pain due to statins more than do other OTC products for less money. Will continue to take the COQ10 Quinol Ultra for the same results.
