It does everything it claims. I've lost weight, feeling a lot better and my doctor says “whatever you are doing, keep doing it”. I also like the taste. I only mix it with water.

I just love this stuff! I have a hard time drinking enough water. I just don't like it, but adding this, and especially this flavor makes it easy to drink. It tastes delicious and is so refreshing. I have heart problems and kidney problems, so fluid is very important for me. Thank you for this great product.

First, I really enjoy the flavor Tangerine in Native Hydrate because of the amino acids included that facilitate better hydration. When I learned our older bodies do not absorb water as well (less 10%) as when we were young (and I do drink at least 64 oz of water each day), I was a little concerned because of medications I was prescribed that were dehydrating (IVIg infusion for one). The electrolytes (amino acids) in NativePath products was a simple fix for ensuring proper absorption. With my nutrition knowledge and continued study since the 1980s, I had first found a collagen that included the essential amino acids and was glad. And I hope to see something like that on the Native Path menu. I love their Hydrate powders.

I Love All the flavors actually offer it as a beverage when guests arrive most like it as well...I drink a glass of native hydrate in the morning and late afternoon...like it so much I ordered 6 cannisters recently however the gift of a free funnel did not arrive in the pkg. never the less... I have been very Pleased with All the Nutritious Supplements Native Path offers!!

Works and tastes great

As far as I can tell this hydration powder is a lot better than the premixed drinks; as I do not get as thirsty, as quickly as I did before. It may be helping night-time bathroom trips, but am not positive on that, yet.
