From the very first day I started taking this I started to feel calmer! I suffer from Grave's Disease and often feel anxious and experience hand tremors, but taking this in addition to ThyroSoothe (I take double the amount of ThyroSoothe that is recommended on the bottle and once my antibody numbers are within a healthy range I'll reduce my dosage down to the maintenance dosage listed on the bottle), helped me to feel a bit more relaxed and my tremors have subsided without the need for medication.

I have constantly bitten my nails for several years due to my nervousness. I began taking Triple Complex Calm Tonic and the urge to bit my nails went away. Truly a great product!
Be very careful those who choose to use this in their arsenal for whatever their health reason. I have epilepsy and gout and thought this might help but alcohol is a trigger for both and I am glad I spied this before more than two doses. I use Epi-Stil and have had great results. The customer service is also very professional and dependable. Read your ingredients people when self medicating.
