Great little ones
Honestly, I have not used these yet. I purchased them to have on hand for the cold and flu season since I have two grandkids three and under that I watch. I have used vapor patches for myself and they seem to work good so I have high hopes for these.

We use the stuffy patch and saline rinse to avoid overuse of otc cold meds.

So we have been using the patches for 2 days so far. For the allergy patches and breathing patches, my 9 year old said it helped him through the school day.
