Natural Mood Booster
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on SSRIs for years and am looking to move to something more natural as I worry about the long term effects. I added these into my daily routine, along with my regular medication. Is it an overnight fix? No. It takes time to build up in your system and by the end of the bottle, I felt that it might be worth it to work with my MD in reducing my SSRI dosage in conjuction with this product. This did not upset my stomach and seemed to help with sleepless nights. I wish there were more capsules as each bottle lasts only 30 days, making it quite pricey.

I tried them for 30 days but did not notice any difference. It may work for others but just didn't for me.
