Bought for hair and nails ...Have used for over a year and the taste is sort of a treat in the am. 71 and like this product fo health a lot.

Excellent I have nails noq
I am always working. I used to have great nails until I was married. Thanks to Biotin suppliments, I have my nails back. I also noticed that my hair is growing faster and more of it. I think this really works. At least it really does for me.

This Really Works
I tried it. I have very brittle nails and I cannot tell you how they have grown since I started taking them. I feel good about my hands again.

work well
I noticed that my nails were much stronger on this biotin. They are very easy to take. I stopped taking them for about 6 months when life got too busy and my nails suffered. I'm back on them and my nails are in much better shape.

Easy to chew and dissolves quick in the mouth
I use this when I don't make my morning fruit shake. I take it with meals so that I remember to take it. It's easy to take because it's chewable.

Contains wheat!
I bought this and now I have to return it because this brand uses wheat, which is gluten. Other brands make theirs gluten free!
