After just having a baby and dealing with the lack of sleep my mood and stress were elevated. The DHEA mood and stress capsules have seemed to help keep me calm and my mood positive despite all that is happening around me.

I constantly have this burning sensation in my chest, that's anxiety and it felt just a bit better to fall asleep recently, I assume it's thanks to those supplements. I'm willing to try and take more and see if my anxiety improves substantially and will report back. So far, I think I'm doing better. Take these about an hour before sleep. Thank you.

I had no negative side effects while taking this, I did research it a bit and it can have effects on your body - With this being said : Always do your research before taking a new medications/vitamin. It is also a good idea to speak with your doctor about adding a vitamin to your routine to make sure it doesn't interact with your prescribed medications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product did not agree with my body at all. It made me feel very bad each time taking it. Gave me overwhelming mental fog to the point I couldn't think straight or even function. My energy was zapped and I felt utterly depleted every time I tried it. I suspect the reason is due to my particular body chemistry rather than anything being wrong with the product itself, hence why I'm giving it a 3 out of 5 neutral review. May be beneficial to others, but didn't work for me personally. Caution advised.
