Natrol Fast Dissolve Melatonin 5 mg Tablets, Strawberry 90 ea Pack of 3

I've tried other brands and this one works the best. Within 15 to 20 minutes I'm asleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I take half of a tablet and I'm back to sleep. As long as I can get Natrol I'm all set. What's funny is when I was first shopping for a sleep aid there was someone else in the same store aisle that said she used only Natrol.

Great natural aid for gently helping my body catch those z's that I need without getting hooked on chemicals that could harm my health in other ways. I use this product along with Nature's Bounty Valerian Root Herbal Supplement Capsules, 450mg, nightly and get very good results without feeling drowsy the next day. The best recommendation I can give is that I've used these with great results for more than 2 years.

I had been taking the Fast Dissolve 5mg melatonin for a couple weeks and had difficulty falling asleep. At a doctor's appointment I asked the doctor for another sleep aid recommendation. She asked me what I was taking, and I told her the product I was taking. She asked me how and when I took it and she responded that I should take it and hour before I go to sleep. And I have had more success and better sleep now that I changed the time I take it.

We Have a Winner!!! I use melatonin off and on. I find if I take breaks from melatonin it works better. I think. The fast dissolve from Natrol have been wonderful! They work fast every night ! Taste Great too. I've slept straight through the night shockingly for 7 days consistently. These have worked so much better than gummy melatonin products I've tried! Something about the fast dissolve is working for me on a regular consistent basis. If your having trouble try these! I will definitely purchase more!

I have used this for many years and it works great. I did find it worked best if I took it a hour before I was ready to go to bed.

I love natrols melatonin supplement. I have found they have changed the product recently though, the ingredients are not the same (it now contains wheat and soy and it did not before, I am gluten free so this is sad). Also no longer has vitamins Bs and calcium added, seems they have tried to make the product cheaper for them. New product also doesn't dissolve as nice in the mouth and is a lot harder, there was something satisfying about the old product that this new one doesn't have. Taste is also not as good. It still does its job though.

I was using this product until I realized it contained wheat! I have to be gluten free due to gluten sensitivity so I am sad that I can't take this product! Please consider removing the gluten for those of us who can't have it! PLEASE!

This contains gluten which, unfortunately, I found out after purchasing and using. Why would there be wheat in this product?! The 10 mg formulation doesn't contain wheat so why does the 5 mg? Please make this gluten free so I and many others can use it.
