First off the taste isn't bad at all, I enjoy the pineapple taste, and that I do not have to swallow this tablet. I like that they are chewable. We were afraid to try it at first,but were presently surprised at the pineapple flavor. No vitamin taste at all! We also like that there are no artificial ingredients or colors added. We will continue to take these zinc tablets.

I'd compare it to a smarties candy in texture. The size is a bit smaller than your average Tums. The biggest drawback to me is this supplement is supposed to be taken twice a day and I am forgetful and I usually forget to take one in the mornings. If that isn't an issue for you I would definitely recommend this product. I can't speak for the efficacy on an item like this, only that I didn't notice any negative effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got those chewable tablets for free because I like the pineapple taste and wanted to add zinc to my nutrients.Those pretty big chewable tablets are easy to chew but taste more like grape sugar with not much pineapple taste.They are pretty sweet and appeal more like a sweet candy to me.There are a lot ingredients included and I would prefer to look for non chewable pills with less ingredients.

Before purchasing I looked for how many mg but couldn't find. Figured they'd be the minimum daily requirement (women 8mg men 11mg) it is 7.5mg . Purchased (2) bottles, in which (1) had the 60 tablets (1) had 59 so their counting machine is off!!!
