A very helpful and dependable product!
I actually thought I was ordering Melatonin 1 mg Time Release, but that's not what arrived. I guess i made a mistake. But Natrol's product is the best, most dependable I have ever used. I'll use thie two bottles I bought and order more carefully next time.

Worked for a long time
I dont feel like people need 3mg or 5mg pills to sleep. I recall a study suggested people sleep with 0.5-0.8g of melatonin. This bottle offers a reasonable mg of melatonin for sleeping and it's helped me a lot.
