A product for those who struggle to fall asleep.
I've been using this brand of Melatonin for years and I have always been happy with them. They work fast and keep you asleep all night long.

Very helpful sleep aide
I have had problems taking a long time going to sleep and then going back to sleep after getting up in the middle of the night. The time release melatonin has really helped with both of those issues and I am feeling more rested in the morning. I have quit taking any prescription sleep aide.
