Natrol Melatonin 3mg Tablets, 120 Ct

My brother brought this back for me after his trip to the US and it definitely works! Not an every night thing, but really useful if I do want to fall asleep ASAP and need help with switching my brain off!

It's a big help for my 4 yr old Autistic son with getting him to sleep.

They work great I fall asleep quickly and sleep through the night . I've always had a problem falling asleep these have really helped eliminate that problem. I was pleasantly surprised with this product, and I love how natural it is and the ingredients in it. The pills area really small and easy to swallow. I know within 30 minutes, I'll fall asleep - and for the most part keeps me sleeping. And if I do awake in the night, I'm able to fall asleep again quickly.

The pills are a bit thick for 3mg, I wish they were a bit smaller so that the younger ones can take them easily as well. These are a great brand, great quality, great price & exactly what I needed.

We all know how well a good nights sleep works on a body. I took the pills before beginning my nighttime routine and I felt great the next morning. I slept through the night and felt great that I didn't need to turn to hard core sleeping pills.
