Sleep aids of any kind usually tended to be too strong for me no matter how careful I was to take them early. So I was always groggy when trying to wake up the next day. This stuff is great, though. I take about 20-30 before bed and they've really helped me to get a full night's sleep. Or at least more so than I could manage before. I'd definitely recommend!

I can definitely say that this product gave me the much needed sleep I have been trying to achieve. I would have given this product a 5 star rating, except that I would wake up in the mornings a bit groggy and tired. Once I adjusted my time on taking it, I did wake up more refreshed, but still had the effects hanging on. I can say that I am a difficult one to fall asleep because my mind races all the time. Natrol was able to relax me enough for my mind to relax and I could drift on to sleep. The best part is I was able to stay asleep and if I did wake up, I was able to get comfy and fall asleep again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Natrol Melatonin comes in an easy to swallow pill form and the packaging was attractive. The pill takes about 15-25 minutes to kick in. The sleep is generally deep and did not cause any discomfort in my stomach. Waking up naturally at my desired time was the issue. I was groggy and felt like the sleep wasn't peaceful as I struggled clearing my mind and focusing on my morning task. It tool about 35 minutes to shake the feeling and was a little off the great of the day. I tried the tablets on 3 separate occasions with similar results each time. The tablet works but would probably recommend it's use only on a weekend or day where there are no early commitments the next day.

This consistently is effective at getting to sleep, but not staying asleep as it is advertised on the label. I've taken this for an entire month, and I consistently wake up after 3 or 4 hours of sleep. My wife took it last night and had the exact same result.

The medication didn't work. It also triggered a vertigo attack that incapacitated me and has now placed me under medical care.
