EXtended release Melatonin
This is just what we needed. Melatonin helps my husband and I go to sleep, but he has trouble staying asleep. This did the trick with extended release.

Time release is best....
The time release version of this Melatonin works much better for me. It helps me sleep all night.

Last time for melatonin.
I thought that taking a 1 mg tablet , the lowest I've seen , would help with the groggy feeling in the morning but it didn't. Quite possibly I just can't take melatonin tablets. I did sleep well for the first two hours after taking it and the was in and out of a sound sleep until morning.

Works (sorta)
Doesn't work as well for me as some have stated it worked for them. Sometimes it helps me sleep longer, sometimes it doesn't. I guess it's simply something you have to try firsthand.
