This is perfect. Better than any higher dose. Timed release is the best. Thank you.
The time release is awesome because i can get up to go to the bathroom and then go right back to sleep. This works the best for me over many other brands. i can take less of this and have better results. definitely would recommend this. If someone is looking for melatonin, this is a must try!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't want to need to take the 10mg doses like my husband to get to sleep, but 1mg doesn't always work for me. I tried this time-release and LOVED it! You could even see the difference in my sleep on my body tracker watch. I only have to use it once and a while to fall asleep, and it helps me stay asleep, without me feeling like I had to take a huge dose. I also felt a lot less groggy in the AM.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After taking these for two weeks I checked my sleep patterns on my FitBit for the two weeks prior. On average, I had less time awake each night and more time in deep sleep. It might not be scientifically accurate, but about 15 minutes less on awake and 12 minutes more in deep sleep. I think they help.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had difficulty staying asleep or waking very early. I tried this melatonin because it was time released. Yeah! It has helped me stay asleep and wake up at a decent time. I have had no groggy or sluggish feelings in the morning. I feel like I am getting a good nights rest.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep due to anxiety issues with all that's going on in the world. Usually I use melatonin to fall asleep but I don't necessarily stay asleep after taking it so I thought I would give this time release variety a try. I've been using these for a little over a week now and they seem to be working! There's no drowsy feeling in the morning either. I definitely recommend giving these a try if you need a little help in the sleep department.
It took a few weeks for the Natrol to really start working. Once it did, I am sleeping longer at night and feeling more rested in the morning. I have a few strange dreams, but fewer and fewer of them. I believe it is the time release aspect that has made the difference for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after taking for a couple weeks I've started to feel not so groggy the next morning...really love how quick it kicks in, definitely need bed within 20 minutes like it says...but definitely be cautious with first few days and the groggyness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I don't like taking medicines often or rely on them, sometimes you need a little something. Melatonin is natural so I feel comfortable taking it when needed. There are some nights that I just can't fall asleep and take these as needed. It doesn't take long for it to kick in for me and I have also noticed it helps me stay asleep throughout the night without waking which does happen to me often when I am not taking it. Overall, I recommend it if you are having trouble falling asleep at night.
I thought that taking a 1 mg tablet , the lowest I've seen , would help with the groggy feeling in the morning but it didn't. Quite possibly I just can't take melatonin tablets. I did sleep well for the first two hours after taking it and the was in and out of a sound sleep until morning.
