Good stuff
Good stuff. Have a better mood with this, feeling lighter. Seems like my liver is happier. Am sensitive to things, so take a bit less than recommended.

Use with caution!
I was excited to try this product, but after the first dose, I started itching all over with severe stomach distress. After doing a little research online, I found out that anyone with ragweed allergies should not take milk thistle. It would be nice to have this on the label.
