Ive taken this every single night before I brush my teeth. They cant stick to your teeth a little bit so I would drink water after eating them and before brushing your teeth to make sure you get the full dose. Unfortunately the gummies hurt my stomach. So I had to discontinue use. Also I tried the night calm before bed - woke up in the middle of the night and felt drugged. It wasn't pleasant a feeling. So unfortunately again, I had to discontinue use.

Did not help me sleep. Got to sleep woke up within 2 hrs.
