I really like this melatonin valerian sleep aid I use it occasionally for insomnia the smell and taste are horrible but the product works great for me.

found this product for my family members who have a tough time sleeping. (Doesn't cause weird sleep habits like popular sleep medications.) It enables you to fall asleep and not feel groggy in the morning. You may need to experiment with the dosage. Members in my family need two tablets to ensure a restful sleep.

I have been using Natrol's Sleep'N Restore for quite some time and have found this product to work very well. I don't like to be without it. When I wake up in the morning, I am not groggy, but feel refreshed. I have not experienced any bad side effects and recommend this highly.

Yes, I really recommend this product. If you are really bad at getting to sleep you might have to add another product with this one. But I don't think you will have to. Just try it, I think it is the ticket that you are looking for. Good Sleeping. I just recommended it to my family.

Helps one sleep w/o morning hangover. When I am careful to not drink close to bedtime, I sleep throughout the night. Sometimes, if I wake to urinate in the middle of the night I supplement with a few sprays of Mercola's Melatonin.

I sleep so soundly with this product. I only take one each night, and I have a very peaceful night, and awaken with no groggy, hungover feeling.
