Perfect for Chai
One of the ingredients when making chai concentrate is cardamom. Some prefer smaller green pods. I like these. I crush them to release flavor and dump them in with the other spices. It makes a great chai that I can use for a couple weeks.

Not really worth the wait
I bought this product to use it to make Pho, did not find it to add much of anything to the dish. I guess if you want to be “ authentic” yeah you can get it. Maybe it'll be good in other dishes. I don't know. It's supposed to add a smoky flavor and depth. We had to wait two days to get the product really wasn't worth to wait.
