The Honey is gritty I warm it first makes it more liquid or squeeze it in warm water and mix it. I mix it with coffee and green tea. I bought 1 then another. 1st time i tried half to see how I responded .Love it

been taking it for a week or two and it's not bad it's a little gritty but that's because of the honey has crystallized

Good taste. Honey was added to the green tea. Would like to have additional tubes of the honey for the listed price. Good for travelling, instead of packing a bottle.

I waited to review after two jars. Also, my cons below are just information for others. Health wise, this product has done for me what nothing else has, even other brands. PROS:This has worked wonders for me for non-jittery energy that lasts almost all day until I need to start slowing my evening down. I say energy but it's like a feel good and tackle the day type of energy. No quick highs and quick lows. CONS: Obviously, the flavor is like straight mud flavor but good for you things aren't always perfect. In a small glass, I put about 3-4 ounces of HOT water, run the little spoon under the hot water to disolve product easier, dip product out and stir until dissolved. Cool slightly and down it. If you have some leftover cold/hot coffee to put a splash in, it helps some. The benefits outweigh the flavor for me. LAST CON that I think is the worst because of the mess. I have purchased 2 separate times and the glass container oozes a little product from somewhere that no matter how much I've searched that little container, can I find it so I fold a paper towel in a small square and it sticks to the bottom from the leak but the container is sticky and messy looking.

Tastes disgusting!!! Cant even finish a whole stick it tastes that gross.
