love the taste and texture, keeps me full till next meal, pairs great with banana and cinnamon. It's not chalky, grainy or gritty i have tried it with milk or water and it taste delicious, have also crushed it with ice to make a frosty witch is deliciously amazing! Totally recommend.

This is a great product to help assist in weight loss. I usually make one the meal replacement for breakfast. I've never been a big fan of breakfast. Since I started drinking total soy I'm now able to have breakfast that doesn't make me sluggish, and helps me stay full until my next meal. Plus it's healthy and has vitamins included in it as well. It has a great flavor. I usually make mine using a little water in the blender with two to three cups of the powder. Once I'm finished blended the powder I had chocolate almond milk which gives it more flavor. If this meal replacement is incorporated into a daily meal plan there is results in weight loss. I recommend daily consumption of this product along with proper healthy eating and exercise to see the best results. They have several flavors. I love the chocolate flavor. Since I started drinking this meal replacement I've lose a total of 62 pounds without any exercise other than walking. I definitely recommend this product for anyone seeking to lose weight and are looking for a healthy flavorful meal replacement. I understand everyone taste isn't the same so with that being said I'd say buy one if you like it then buy more. Consistency is key to see weight loss as well as exercise and a healthy eating lifestyle.

Love this! I mix it with skim milk and ice and I put it in the blender and add a shot of honey. I drink a shake every day for breakfast. Delicious!

Great shake to curb cravings and filling too. At only 130 calories for two heaping scoops, it's perfect for calorie counters. I love the mild chocolate taste for those who've never had soy products before they dont have a strong or offensive flavor. It's a light mild taste and it tastes best when mixed with cold soy, coconut, or almond milk. Follow the directions on the container and it really will help you lose weight. It's my favourite shake I've tried yet. Please never stop carrying this item.

I've loved this since I was a picky teenager who refused to eat before school. It's so easy to throw in a shaker bottle and I don't even work out or use it for fitness purposes. It's just good to know that if I do choose to skip a meal I can drink some of this and still have gotten some good stuff.

l really wish you'd just start carrying it on the shelves again because I keep buying it when I have to order it it takes too long to get to me and I need it for medical reasons. otherwise I am very happy with the product just not how I have to get it.

The flavor is so good and has no gritty texture.... makes a very smooth morning shake. I add cold water and a baggie of frozen fruit (half banana, strawberries and blueberries) I blend it in a regular blender (old Oster) and have been using this product for over 15 years. I am sad that Sam's club doesn't offer this any longer because it has become pricey but still better than other brands in taste and sustenance.
