Be patient
I've used before and lost weight. I tried this new flavor and it's delicious. I add raw spinach and milk. Put spinach in freezer and it is flaky and mix with electric hand mixer. You don't taste it but get your greens. It thickens up and is delicious.

Great Flavor! Great Shake!
I have been purchasing Total Soy for several years as I drink a soy protein shake every morning for breakfast. I recently purchased the Horchata flavor and I absolutely love it. I will continue to purchase this flavor as long as it is available. It tastes great and the thickness of the shake is very satisfying.

great soy product.
I have used this protine shake for 20 yrs it is great. Price have gone up $ 5 bucks in the last few years and hard to find any site that takes EBT. Walmart use to carry it in store. Now you can not get it from Walmart unless you by from a vender on Walmart on line. Of course Vender ads 5 more dollars. Complained to Walmart git ne responce..

I like it.
This stuff is delicious. I've been using Total Soy for years (yeah, I know the reports of soy being carcinogenic in post-menapausal women, but my PCP has no problem with it

Delicious
I add cinnamon, ginger,and frozen pineapples and blend together. There is a after taste that is not too bad without the fruit.
