I have always had a hard time sleeping. I went off of prescription sleep aide, when my daughter told me about Happy Sleeper. I was so impressed! I bought a bottle for my sister also. We Love It!!! Please keep it in stock at Wal-Mart.

I Have a hard time sleeping and tried a lot of other sleep aids . I mix it with 1 melatonin and one happy sleeper only because melatonin is cheaper and they work good together . Melatonin by itself dose not work for me but add happy sleeper and it dose what i need it to do . And just so you know i do take 2 happy sleeper's every now and then without a melatonin and it work just as well for a good night sleep i love this stuff

I have tried many other sleep aid,s . some kind of did a little bit of something but not really .. then i tried this stuff and love it ... i get the best sleep taking this . it works for me . but i read other reviews about other products that works for some one else but not for me . people are not the same . so that being said if you dont find what works for you try try again . but i am happy i found this happy sleeper .. thank you NATURAL BALANCE please dont try to make it better . its just right . dont change it

I have tried many different formulas and this really works. As far as I know this formula does not seem to contain any herbs or other supplements that can damage the liver. This has herbs(including Valarian root extract), 5 HTP and B6,, amino acids, melatonin, and GABA; nothing in very large amounts. You only take two pills,about a half hour before bedtime, and can take one pill,if you can get by with one, but two works better for me. There are the usual warning labels on the bottle, so you should check with your doctor first.

I absolutely love this product. It is natural and I don't wake up with lethargy. I have purchase it before and will continue to purchase it on Swanson.

I have tried many sleep products this one work very well. I so thankful walmart carried it because I had to buy it at the health food store before and it was quite a bit more in cost.

I was really hoping to stay asleep with this. I know everyone is different but the reviews were almost all good. I have a Fitbit that tracks my sleep and the before and after is exactly the same.
