Most convenient and effective fiber supplement
This brand of fiber was recommended by a friend around 35 years ago. My wife and I have used it ever since. Since it is in capsule form, it is easy to take. It is gentle on the body and efficient in cleansing the body of waste. Just remember to drink lots of water so it can do its job. In my opinion based on my experience, this is the best fiber supplement to take and the most convenient.

Excellent psyllium formulation
This is the best and most balanced psyllium formulation on the market that I have found. In it not inexpensive, but it is worth the cost in my experience.

Good old "Perfect 7" with a new name
Although the formula has been slightly modified since the original "Perfect 7", this product still does a great job of maintaining a clean digestive tract, alongside of my normally healthy diet. We use both the caps and the powder.

Good
I am going to renew it again when the time comes. I think it is doing what it is supposed to do. Yes, I would recommed it.
