This product worked beautifully. I needed the B vitamin to boost my immunity and help with adsorption it worked. I feel good knowing this is a product I can count on! I noticed I was losing weight. They are flavorful and easy to chew.

i have been taking this suppliment for 3 years. i stay on it because it works! taking the right suppliment is important but the form of the suppliment and the way thr human body absorbs the suppliment are crucial. non coenzymated does not absorb well by human body so is a waste of money to purchase.

I love this product %26 I love this company! It's a great product for people who liver enzymes to process B12 properly, because it's biocoenzymated. I love that this product is made in Canada too! Natural Factors is a wonderful company that makes high quality vitamins.

Good value, great product for health benefits.

I have issues when it comes to healing. I recently had a minor surgery and had ZERO issues with healing. I had been taking the product daily, as directed and it 100% helped me heal better and faster than I do without the product!

30 mg bentiofamin for nerves I cannot take more than that or my legs hurt bad, so this formula works fine with low dose on it. Many others have higher doses, even 100 mg is too much. This with the other b vitamins works fine. I eather use this or a liposomal b complex without it. switch back and forth. standard process has a good b formula also with b vitamins no others have, I only use once in a while. I think all 3 are good.

I feel like I fell for a bad joke about this type of vitamin being better than others. It doesn't taste very good so be prepared and I cant tell a difference between this and a more affordable B vit.
