Love This Yoga Mat-Has Great Traction!
This is the best yoga mat I've ever used. It has great cushion underfoot as well as good stick. I do not slip at all while using this mat. I bought mine in the Teal color. The underside has a dense rubber pebble texture that sticks very well to any surface it's laid onto so it doesn't move around during the workout. I purchased mine from my local Walmart for $24.97; not the $39.99 price listed here. I do not do "hot yoga" so I cannot comment on how well this would perform for that style of workout but, for everything else it's great! Recommended.

Favorite mat
These are the best mats. I am a fitness studio owner. They have great cushion, are easy to clean, and durable. They have a good amount of stick for yoga too!
