I started taking this in April 2023 before my big festival weekend in May. I'm sure it helped! The real results were around 3 months of taking. Since I got Covid in Jan 2022 I hadn't been the same. The Wellness capsules are supposed to help you boost your immune system. I teach college-age students and I have grandkids. When I take the maintenance dose I usually don't get sick, and if I do get sick it doesn't get that bad. The only time I've gotten sick was in 2018, when I forgot to reorder and was out of them for a month. I will not make that mistake again.

I have absolutely sworn by this stuff for 20 years now. And now I have my coworkers sold on it. Finally even sold my parents on it. Anytime a coworker or friend/family member around me is sick, I take it as a preventative measure. Or literally as soon as I start feeling something come on, like "out of the normal" tiredness, or the slightest sore throat, I immediately take it, then rest, then wake up feeling 100%! My family swears by this product. Take three at the first sign of physical imbalance and then two every four hours after that. It will send your sickness packing! These are the nice capsules that do not have as much garlic taste. Highly recommended.
