Did not like the flavor . But still a good product.

It's a fantastic alternative to caffeine, especially for someone who get's overly anxious from caffeine. The only negative aspect is the taste you get when chewing them, but that can easily be avoided by swallowing them whole like a normal pill.

This contains a byproduct of caffeine that gives cleaner, smoother energy and focus than caffeine itself. Just like be caffeine, do not take this 8 hours or less before sleep, it may reduce sleep quality.

I am extremely super sensitive to caffeine and find Focus Bites a great alternative. Gives a boost and mental quickness w/o jitters or other side effects.

Based on the ingredients list, compared to others, it seems healthier/cleaner. I started on half (I don't drink coffee) and went up to 1, haven't taken more than that, take it in the mornings sometimes. Yes, the taste is gross, but it's only for 30 seconds, I don't wash it down with anything. Worth it for the benefit and size.

This is a great product to take on those days you need to have that focus for work or a task that you just need to get done - gives an energy boost and good focus and intent

Does not work at all

I couldn't evem determine if they work because I couldn't get past the bad taste. I was looking for an alternative to ADHD stimulants.
