If your not familiar with your sleep chronotype I highly recommend finding out. As a dolphin my brain stays awake all night thinking about what I did wrong or could have done different. Finally, a Gaba that works!! I take two of these along with 3 MagTech's about an hour before bed. I get super relaxed and drowsy and can fall asleep much easier than I would otherwise. Also, the best part, is that I basically stay asleep the whole night, and feel more rested in a shorter amount of time. I assume that I'm falling into a deeper sleep for a longer period, but that's just my guess. Whatever the reason, it works, and I'm thrilled! Note: I have purchased Gaba from health food stores in powder form and mixed with drinks, etc and took it in the evening. It usually gave me a headache, and did nothing else, so I was very hesitant to try Gaba Brain Food, thinking that it would do the same thing. That's why I said finally a Gaba that works! Hello to all who read this review. I received a trial and tried it out. I can’t say I’ve noticed any effect, but I don’t doubt the quality of the product. I would recommend based purely on the company’s transparency in the products they offer. The customer service response time is a bit slow which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

This supplement is really helpful for my daughters. They have an easier time focusing, doing normal routines, being on an even keel during the day. They are trying to get off prescription meds and are making progress toward that end. GABA and serotonin are a great combination daily!

I bought this for my teenage daughter who said she was having trouble sleeping and issues focusing during the day. After a about 4 days of taking it she said it was causing her a racing heart. So I asked her to stop. I bought her another supplement with herbs and a lot less GABA, which is working great for her. But I have been taking Natrual Stacks Gaba, once during the night and I do feel I get deeper sleep. I think supplements work differently for everyone- one has to try to see which ones is for them.

My husband has been taking small amounts of gaba for calmness/lowering cortisol responses for sleeping. We thought we’d give this product a try. I love the simple ingredients and the company seems genuine. This product, however, did not work for my husband after a few tries, and still feels groggy the next morning.
