Love it!
The only reason I gave this a 4 on quality is that I saw several with the balls on the crown missing at the store. Make sure you pay attention if you get one! Otherwise I love this and the bigger ones especially!

Holiday Time Nutcracker 16 inch
The nutcracker was nice and big. Very solid. I ordered 2 but only received 1. One was canceled a few days after i ordered I guess because of inventory. The one i received had a broken crown. It was packed in a large box with one sheet of brown packing paper. It wasnt even wrapped. Luckily I was able to super glue it back together.

these Nutcrackers are absolutely beautiful but you'll have a very hard time finding one that isn't broken.

Disappointed in Marion
I bought 2 and one was great but the second one was missing 3 of the balls on the hat. Shocked that your sales associate didn't notice that. So I returned it ! Then 2 days later I'm there and walking by the shelf I see that they put the broken one back on the shelf and discounted it a bit. Throw it in the trash! I'm a little disappointed !

Purchase at your own risk
I ordered one of these and never received it. I ordered it again when it came back in stock and after a delivery delay, I received it but it was broken. It was packed terribly—thrown in a box with some brown paper on top of it. It's a cute nutcracker, but I give up.

Pickup order fail
Not so much an issue with the item other than it was broken. I scheduled a pick up order and you'd think they would let me know it was broken before letting me know it was ready and I drove all the way there and back home.

This is the third nutcracker I have ordered that has a piece of the crown broken off. Disappointed because it could be a cute item.
