This magnesium mix got citrate, oxide, and glycinate, very good for the price. It help my muscle cramp, make sleep better, and feel more calm, no hurt stomach. I take every day, now sleep good and feel less tight—really recommend!
This is great. It helps with my sleep. I fall asleep faster and feel more rested. It also helped relieve constipation. Would recommend.
I'm on my second day using them and they been working good so far, capsules are a bit big but easily go down.
Capsules are larger than I expected.
The bottle was filled with two different pills. Big purple pills with no seam and white pills with clear gelatin 2 piece caps. Contacted Naturalis with lot number and got no response. Never again from them.
