my husband wanted me to take some Omega-3 but I'm a vegetarian, actually we both are, but he takes the fish oil anyway. I just don't want to take fish oil! so he found this for me on Walmart and he's been feeding it to me everyday. he sets up my vitamins for me in a little cup and I just take them. anyway, we got this item, it was a good deal, and I'm really glad that there's a way for me to get this stuff without having to ingest animal products. absolutely five stars, would buy again.
I've just started using the product, so I'm not sure about efficacy, but am so far satisfied. I hope this product is as sustainable and cruelty free as possible. I like that there is a vegan supplement for omega-3s that is an alternative to more traditional options. The soft gels are smaller than your average fish oil or flaxseed oil soft gel, with a mild scent.
Keep taking it to condition the body! Looking forward to becoming healthier and promoting metabolism, it's really good.

I think this is a good product.
if you have allergies to certain things please consult a nutritionist this stuff is strong wasn't for me I was really looking forward to it but hey it may work for someone else
Took the first pill and within 15 mins. I think I was having an allergic reaction. Left side of my tongue and lip start to tingle and itch. Thru them away. Not for everyone. Won't try a vegan omega pill again
