Keeps me regular with no urgency
Very gentle, it helps me to be regular when I am not. I take 2 in the am and 3 at night and I am back to normal. I have constipation from under active thyroid. I've been on these for 6 months and they're still working. If I eat poorly I will get backed up again but with a clean diet and these l, I go! 💩
