This is the perfect little live critter habitat for you and old actually lol. The light is cool! Vents are perfect so bugs can't escape! I use it for crickets for our American Toad, Henry who also had to live in this while we replaced the bigger tank. It's not big. Would sit perfectly and take up little space, on a side table. Would work for 1 or 2 little fish too.

This little bug catcher kept my littles busy for hours. They were super excited when the order arrived. They are at that age where they are overly interested in bugs. This was a perfect gift to keep the kids engaged for the spring and summer.

This was perfect for my 5 year old and 2 year old. They love creating little habbitats for the bugs they catch and release. I like how they can use it wet or dry. The light is nice, too.

This was a great gift for my 4 year old grandson's birthday. Every little boy likes to pick up bugs. Now he has his very own critter barn to put them in. :)

Unique bug container because of the light and the magnifying window. i think it was pricey in comparison to other bug containers. Bug catching kids will enjoy it.

Great item, I just wish the lid clipped on so it wasn't so easy to come off if it's bumped or something. My daughter loves it though!

It was way too expensive for the small size. It's not horrible (I'm sure it will be used), but for the price, it's underwhelming. Maybe it's better for preschoolers than it is for elementary kids.
