My husband and I sometimes wake up and can't go back to sleep. Now. If after 10 minutes of not sleeping we take one of these chewable tablets and doze off. No drowsiness, no dreamy restlessness just sleep & wakeup feeling just great in the morning. A perfect natural remedy. I'm glad I bought 4 bottles!

The thing I like there are no sleepy aftereffects the next day. Nice supplement!

The flavor and texture is just ok and I would probably prefer a swallowable pill except that I don't think they would work as fast. These are easy to chew up or dissolve making them work fast! I definitely recommend for those middle of the night wake ups!

Most melatonin pills say they will get you to sleep so when I get off work I shower and eat then I am ready to go to bed. So when I get home I chew one when I get here and I get in bed I asleep and I stay asleep that is the good part

I was really hoping it would help me to fall back asleep quickly, but I was still awake an hour later. I then fell back to sleep, but wish it would have worked more quickly for me. I will give it another try, though!
