But the problem with most gummies is that they tend to lack the daily amount of supplement you need per serving size, or have a bunch of calories/sugars. That is not the case with these gummies. These already have 200 mg of CoQ10, which is usually enough for most people. I personally did not experience any side effects from them. But the best part of these gummies is that they taste amazing. They have a great mango taste to them. I would literally eat these as a snack everyday if I could! And the texture is also really good. Not hard, nor does it stick to your teeth. Just the right balance. This is a great tasting way to keeping you healthy!

You should consume two Gomez gummies a day. This one-month supply contains 60 gummies. I think it's an interesting product. I'm going to try it with my husband and we'll see how it goes.

The texture is also really pleasant and melts in your mouth, it's like eating candy. I have not noticed feeling any different after taking these gummies but I know that CoQ10 is very supportive for heart health. Note that there's only 60 gummies per container, and you need to take 2 a day, so each container only lasts a month.
