I chose because it has been tested by an independent testing organization and there's a stamp for that on the label. Very important to me since supplements are in adequately regulated in this country. A couple of the reputable vegan doctors who don't sell supplements say that 2500 µg once weekly is fine for vegans. I've gone through a whole bottle/a little over one year. I haven't had a test done though and I probably won't.

make sure your body needs this amount bc if not you'll feel no 8nda sick and not feeling good. it'll take up to 6 days to start feeling better

I have a severe B12 deficiency so I started taking these to help improve my B12 levels. I haven't noticed a sudden or significant change yet but I understand it can take some time so I'm hoping to see more of a difference after taking them consistently for a few months. The tablets are easy to take and I like the high-strength 2500 mcg dosage. So far, I'm satisfied with the product and will continue taking it.

Easy to use, just swallow, no dissolving in mouth, which I find very difficult as I have texture issues. I'll update effectiveness after repeat bloodwork is done.
