The blend of Citrate, Malate, and Glycinate makes it super absorbable, and I’ve noticed less muscle tension since using it. A great addition to my daily routine!

I like the product but what a “bait & “switch with the size of the container and how much powder is in it. Half full at best! Obviously selling this to the people like me that think we’re getting a full container but it’s disappointing

It dissolves well in water, which is a big plus. However, the taste comes off a bit artificial for my liking. Because of that, I now mix it into my protein shakes instead. On the bright side, the formula is quite rich in content, making it a solid option for boosting your magnesium intake.

To start off, the packaging is deceiving, as it is only filled about 1/3 of the way with powder. The taste is a nice light lemonade taste, but no matter what temperature of water I tried, I could not get the powder to dissolve completely. This left a gritty taste and texture in my mouth and on my teeth. I also didn’t notice any real advertised effects of the magnesium from taking it either.

The taste isn’t terrible, doesn’t quite remind me of pink lemonade but not bad, it’s pretty faint. Only magnesium on ingredients only 10 calories, no sugars added. All n all seems like a good choice to up your magnesium. I think the container should be smaller though or have more in it.

The container only had 1/3 of the power. See images..a total rip-off.
