I ordered because women have a tendency to have low iron. I only use it three times a week.

I take these so my iron don't get low like it did in the past. I feel better when I take them n if I miss out on taking them I can tell a difference. People should ask there docs at physicals how there iron level is. Makes a big difference n not so tired

My red cell count was down and I'm over 65 so ordered these to help keep me health. Iron can slow down elimination in some people so I started eating a few fig newtons every other day to maintain my regularity. Works just fine and I trust Nature Made products.

I have only been using the iron suppliments for two weeks. Pretty hard to write a very good assesment of your product. But so far seems to be fine. Do not be alarmed if your stools look green. It is normal.

While I love this product, its new bottle is 50% larger than it was a year ago with the same number of tablets. In a time where we need to be extraordinarily environmentally conscious, this is unacceptable. Instead of trying to deceive your customers about the amount of product they are getting, please make the ethical decision and produce a bottle suitable for the product inside and consider using recycled material to produce the bottle.
